Description:
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages (and food as applicable) to guests either directly or through serving staff, following all company standard operating procedures and recipes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare all drinks as ordered according to company standards
Taking End-of-Shift inventory and preparing daily requisitions
Strong knowledge of all signature drinks and Wine by the Glass
Use of correct stemware and glassware as per company standards
Serve food to guests, when necessary, that order from the bar
Maintaining the entire bar area clean and well organized
Providing engaged, friendly and attentive customer service to all guests inclusive of eye contact, respectable conversation and smiling
Any other related activities as assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience working as a bartender in a full service restaurant
Must be fluent in English
Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the company
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and to stand on your feet for 8 hours a day
